The company intends to encash on the opportunities in Tier - III cities by developing residential and commercial premises with modern amenities. Since 2010 the company has been developing projects in Shimoga, Hubli and Mangalore in Karnataka state. In 2012 the company intends to enter Maharashtra state and develop projects in cities like Igatpuri, Boisar, Nanded, Nashik, Satara and Amaravati. In 2014 the company plans to enter Tamilnadu state with projects in Coimbatore, Hosur and Madhurai.
