In sync with our name we specialize in "Property Developing and
Consulting”. Having established in 2004, our growth has been based on perceiving customer needs and satisfying them to the fullest.

Following our success in constructing "Duplex Houses" and "Luxury Apartments" at Chromepet and R.A.Puram respectively, we have moved vertically in our field of operation. We have developed and completed "tellus Avenue" – in the nectar zone of Residential colonies at Rajakillpakkam. Consisting of 174 prime individual plots in a total area of 13.53 acres with well laid wide roads, sprawling Open Park and ample water supply- it made the best buy. To end the year (2007) on an eventful note we completed "tellus Epona" at wallajahbad situated in the hub of futuristic industrial development.

We marked the beginning of year 2008 by launching "tellus Avenue" - Phase-1 and 2 at Rathnamangalam off the Vandalur Kellambakkam Highway, situated at a prospective location for residential as well as commercial development. Closer proximity to OMR added zing to the project thus bringing PROSPERITY to all our valuable customers.
