Toilet doors: P.V.0 doors with standard color.
Windows: Padak wood windows of 4'0"x4'0" at each bedroom and 4'0"x3'0" at kitchen, window of 4'0"x4'6" at hall will be provided.

Grills: Standard design of 3/4" x 1/4"m.s. flat section @1.5kg/sqt. Staircase hand rail m.s 3/4"x 3A" hallo square tube with 2"dia m.s pipe over it and GRILLS for Main door and Kitchen and Balcony safety grills not provided.

Door Fittings: Good Quality Godrej/other brand LOCK 1 CK with Brass handle for Main door and Sakthi make lock with S.S. finish for other doors, standard door stopper and Tower bolt will be provided, Balcony door with 9" S.S. finish Altrap provided.
Each bedroom and kitchen will be provided with one loft at one side of the room with no shutters for covering.

4. CUPBOARDS
Each bedroom, Hall and kitchen Cupboard will be provided with kadappa stones without shutters.
Concealed wiring with copper wires, FINOLEX confirming to 151 specifications. Necessary safety measures will be taken. ANCHOR EXL switches with wooden box will be used.
6. SAN & PLU BING
Concealed plumbing water line by ISI brand PVC pipes for cold water and 151 branded GI pipes lines for hot water. Wash basins with standard size/type fixed, Common Toilet with IWC and other with EWC. Necessary CP fittings of METRO Natraj or Parryware make shall be provided. All sanitary fittings are of PARRY WARE make of Basic model with white or Ivory colour.
Wooden joineries & grills will be enamel painted in Black or White color, All the Inner of the Flats will be provided with wall putty and internal emulsion paint with any light color and ceiling will be painted with white color. Main door will be varnished. (ASIAN / ICI branded paints) Exterior will be painted with exterior emulsion paint.
