Internal Wall:
Plaster of Paris only.

Cement Based paint & other decorative finish.

Roofing:
Regarded with 1:2:4 cement Concrete.

Electrification:
Concealed wiring with Pritam switch or similar or similar type of switch fitting to each flat with 16 electrical points, ( Bed Room -5 points,Dinning-5,Toilet – 2 points , Kitchen -2 points,Balcony-1 points, Calling Bell-1  point) without fittings & fixtures subject to particular specification if required by the intending purchasers can be made at the cost of purchasers.

Water Supply:
Deep tube-well with sub-marsible pump and municipal water connection common use.
