Structure

• R.C.C. framed structure.

Walls

• External Walls 9” thick brick work Internal Walls 4 ½” thick brick work

Plastering

• Externally sand faced plaster, internally cement plaster finished with Wallcare finish

Staircase

• R.C.C. staircase with granite flooring and M.S. railing.

Doors

• All the room doors frames shall be of Indian Hassan wood frame and the door shall be commercial flush doors painted with Synthetic enamel paint all have M.S. Oxidized Fitting.

Windows

• Aluminum windows with Powder coating, with one mosquito net shutter for some windows and with M.S 10mm / 12mm square guard bars painted with synthetic enamel paint fitted with 3 mm thick, Glass with M.S. fitting.

Floorings

• All rooms and balconies shall have vitrified tiles with 3” or 4” tiles skirting.

Toilets

• Antiskid flooring and dadoing minimum 7’0” height with all necessary fitments in common bathroom and master bathroom. Bath fittings will be of JAQUAR or equivalent brand. Ceramic fittings will be of best quality.

Painting

• White wash on ceiling, oil bound distemper on internal walls, external painting with waterproof and cement based paint

Kitchen

• Ota Kitchen will be provided with 2 ft wide platform with built-up sink the topshall be fitted with granite.

Electrification

• Sufficient amount of points shall be given in each and every room and common areas including Water purifier point, Heating point, Refrigerator and Washing Machine points

Water Supply & Drainage

• All down take plumbing will be Open type PVC pipe from tank to tank to the concerned Flat.
• All Internal plumbing will be of CPVC pipes concealed.
• Two standard sized wash basin will be provided
• All drainage and storm water down take pipes will be PVC pipes

Waterproofing

• Waterproofing of bathrooms, utility areas and terraces with superior quality waterproofing solutions brand with a warranty of 5 years

Lift /Elevator
