Trinayan came into being in year 2007 with its first resort cum residential project at Majkhali, Ranikhet. This was a challenging site because of its geography yet it was completed well within time and was handed over to our esteemed buyers with due satisfaction. Along with the success of its first offering in Ranikhet and in the due course of its development two similar projects comprising of residential bungalows and residential plots were started in 2010 which are nearing completion.



Trinayan is managed by qualified and focused group of professionals who possess relevant qualification and started business after having acquired adequate experience in different walks of life.



Trinayan is a multifaceted real estate and hospitality organization today with projects in cities viz. a multistory apartment in Ranchi, a retirement home project in Dehradoon, floors in Faridabad and Gurgaon etc. all these projects are in various stages of development. We have marked our presence in management of resorts and hotels also a hospitality management organization and at present have three properties in our kitty. This has helped us merging the voluminous real estate business with humble service industry and thus achieve a better customer satisfaction even post delivery of our houses.
