• RCC framed structure with solid Cement Concrete blocks

• Internal wall cement mortar plastering with lime finish

Windows

• Three track/two track UPVC glazed windows or teakwood frames with glazed windows shutters with safety grills.

Flooring

• Vitrified tiles of good quality in living and dining anti-skid ceramic tiles in toilets. 

Painting

• Acrylic emulsion for internal walls and ceiling — Snowcem paint for exterior surface. 

Toilets 

• Sanitary ware of Hind ware/Parryware or .equivalent make ceramic tiles dadoo upto 7 ft. Height provision for geyser and exhaust fans. 

Kitchen 

• 30mm granite counter platform with single bowl and drain board stainless steel sink glazed tile dado upto 2 ft. above the counter. 

Water Supply

• 24 hours water supply from the common sump and overhead tank for kitchen and toilets. 

Sanitary 

• All CP Fixtures are of Jaguar or Mare or equivalent make.

Electrical 

• Anchor or equivalent modular switches, telephone and TV points in living and all bedrooms.
