Founder M. Rajasekhar is a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, aged over 40 years. He began his career as a Site Engineer in Hyderabad in the year 1988 and worked for about 4 years during which period, he executed several contracts of Railway civil works, Hotels and Industrial clients for 2 years. Later he founded Udaya Group and created a real estate firm in the name of Udaya Heights Private Limited.
