Foundation & Structure: R.C.C.Framed Structure, Earth Quake Resistant by using steel and cement of reputed make.
Super Structure: Brick masonry wiht first class moulded clay bricks in cement mortar.

Main Door: Teak wood frame with designer molded shutter, aesthetically designed with polish and hardware of reputed make.
Internal Doors: Teak wood frame with flush doors, with standard fittings.
Windows: Anodized/Powder coated aluminum framed sliding windows, fitted with elegantly designed M.S. Paintd grills, and standard hardware.

Paintings
External: Combination of textured and external paint for all exterior surgaces.
Internal: Smooth luppam finsih, two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer.
Parking Area: Two coats of water proof cement paint over a base coat of primer.

Flooring
Drawing, Dining, Living, Bedrooms & Kitchen : Vitrified tiles in size of 24"x24" with skirting.
