FOUNDATION : Will be sufficient enough to take the load of ground floor and 4 upper floors.

LEVEL AND HEIGHT : Ground floor height will be minimum 9'top clear and will be or - 6" of the road level. The proposed ground floor will be the parking floor and a flat the slab height of the upper floors will be 10' top and the parapet wall will be 3.5' above the slab level.

MAIN STRUCTURE : Will be RCC framed structure comprising of footings, columns, beams, slabs, lintels, chajjas etc.

DOORS : The internal doors will be jungle wood framed and having 30MM thick waterproof flush doors. Front door will be of 1.25" thick teakwood paneled door with brass fittings bathroom and lavatory will have PVC doors along with PVC frame. Balcony doors will be with sliding aluminum powder coated sections with a safety grill door.

WINDOWS AND VENTILATORS : Windows will be powder coated aluminum with mesh along safety grills and ventilators for the bathroom and lavatory will be of MS Z angle.

BRICK WORK : External walls will be of 9" some portion will be 4" thick brick Masonry. Internal walls will be 4" thick brick masonry with red burnt bricks.

PLASTERISNG : Half inch thick single coat internal plaster with wall care finish and external two coats with sponge finish.

FLOORING : The flooring will be vitrified tiles make KAJARIA, EXXARO or RAK 600MM X 600MM or 800MM X 800MM or as per the availability.

DADOO : Bathroom will have 7' height and WC will have 3' height designer glazed tiles and kitchen will have till lintel level above the platform.

PAINTING : The living hall will be with wall care putty finish and two coats of plastic paint. Two coats of OBD with a single coat of primer tinted with any color for inside rooms. Two coats of cement paint for outside and two coats of enamel paint to wood work, grills and ventilators.

WATERSUPPLY : Concealed mixed shower set arrangement for bathroom and lavatory will have Y2" tank and %" connection for flush tank. The kitchen steel sink will be provided with 2 nos, of %" taps one for the drinking and another one for regular usage purpose.

SANITARY ARRANGEMENTS : The sewage, drain and other water will be taken away through nahani traps or stone or PVC water pipes as the case may be and will be connected to drainage systems.

WASHBASIN : One wash Basin will be provided in each flat and one more Master Bedroom.

PARKING : One earmarked Car and Two wheeler parking for each flat will be provided in parking lot as per availability.

OTHERS : Staircase will have natural tile flooring and 30"Height and 2'X12' gas plat form will be provided in kitchen with black cudappa & granite top and one 15" of RCC shelve in kitchen. Chappal cupboard will be provided.

BRANDS : Flooring tiles will be of Kajaria Exxaro or RAK and other sanitary wares will be Parryware Jaquar Sonora bathroom and lavatory fixtures will have Nelco or Jal or cavier, cement will be of lSI standard.
