FOUNDATION

• As per structural design with random rubble masonry & RCC columns for porch.

STRUCTURE

• Country burnt brick wall with RCC slabs for both the floors.

DOOR

• Polished teakwood main door, hardwood door frame and moulded door shutter with enamel paint finish, good quality hardware and branded locks.

WINDOWS 

• Hardwood frames and shutters fully glazed with enamel paint finish.

FLOORING 

• Vitrified tiles 80 x 80 cm for sit-out, living, dining, bedrooms and kitchen, anti-skid tiles for bathroom floors, glazed tiles for bathroom walls upto a height of 210 cm. Granite slabs for the entrance steps and staircase.

CAR PORCH

• 30 x 30 cm vitrified exterior grade tiles for the car porch.

KITCHEN SLAB

• Polished granite slab with single bowl stainless steel sink with drainboard. Dadoing with glazed tiles above the kitchen slab.

PLUMBING & SANITARY WORKS

• Modern and branded (ISI) pipes and C. P. fittings, white-coloured and branded sanitary fittings, branded counter hand wash basin for dining. Individual septic tank and leach pit.

ELECTRIFICATION 

• 3 phase electric connection with modular switches and branded conduits with adequate provision for cable TV / telephone / broadband connection. Provision for A/C in all bedrooms and water heater for bathrooms.

PAINTING 

• Plastic emulsion over putty finish for inside walls. Two coat antifungal exterior emulsion for external walls.

COMPOUND WALL 

• Individual compound wall / fencing with gate.

HANDRAILS

• Stainless steel handrail for inside staircase and staircase with G. I. pipes for access to the terrace.

WATER SUPPLY

• Connection from municipal water supply, rainwater harvesting tank, etc.
