MASTER PLAN
STRUCTURE
RCC inforced cement framed frame structure
WALLS External Walls should be of 20cms. Thick 23cms. Laterite masonary Internal walls shall be of 11.5cms. thick brick masonry.
PLASTER
External surfaces of the building will be plastered with two coats of cement mortar finished with cement paint. Internal walls shall be finished with neeru and painted with oil bound distemper paint.
FLOORING
All flooring shall be of standard vetrified (upto Rs. 500/- per square metres) of 12" x 12" tiles with matching skirting.
TOILET
Western type W/C or Indian type shall be provided in the toiletas per the choice of the purchaser. All sanitary ware shall provided in light colours with matching dado. Dado consisting of light coloured ceramic tiles or glazed tiles shall be provided upto to height of 2 feet in the bath room.
DOORS
All Door frames shall be of Matti. Main door shall be teak wood panelled finished with French polish/varnish. All internal door shall be flush door finished with oil paint.
WINDOWS
Windows shall be made of aluminium (3/4 series with 3mm thick glass panes, sliding type).
KITCHEN
Granite platform shall be provided with a 60cm dado on the walls up to the length of the platform and the sink. A stainless steel sink (without drain board) shall be provided.
ELECTRICAL
All wiring shall be concealed. Each bed room and kitchen shall be provided with one light point, one fan point and 5amp point. Living room shall have two light points, one fan point and two 5 amp point. One light point shall be provided in passage, main passage, main entrance, balcony, bath and w.c. 15 amp. Socket shall be provided in bathroom and kitchen. T.V. socket and socket for telephone will be provided in the living room and one bell point.
WATER SUPPLY
Water supply shall be supplied through an underground sump and overhead tank which will service the entire complex
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
All wiring to be best quality copper cables concealed in walls and slabs.
