Concrete lofts covered with ISI grade plywood and mica on both sides of the doors will be provided in bedrooms & Kitchen.

Semi -Modular Kitchen:

Semi Modular Kitchen with ISI grade boiled water resistant plywood and mica on both sides of the doors will be provided with necessary Stainless Steel accessories.

Platform will be of black polished granite top, stainless steel kitchen sink and dado about 2' height above the platform. Suitable Opening for exhaust fan will be provided.

coat of white cement, one coat of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion. Entrance door with varnish, other doors with enamel paint. All M.S grills with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint.
