Er.N.Selvamohan completed his Civil Engineering in Coimbatore Institute of Technology in the Year 1984 and worked in Rajparis Civil Constructions, Chennai for 2years and after that, he started his Own Consulting Firm on 12.12.1986 as Vinayak Civil Constructions and later it had been developed to a Construction firm as Govindharam Builders. Later, to get in to Real Estate Promotion an Real Estate Promotion Company in Chennai is promoted in the name of Vaman Builders in the year 2002.

Now after completing so many projects all (both in Construction and Promotion)over TamilNadu and in some parts of Karnataka, both the Construction Company and Real Estate Company had been merged and the Limited Company was formed in the name of Vaman Civil Constructions and Homes Private Limited.
