HOW TO OWN THE PLOT-
1.Once you decide to go for purchase of your plot at Kalinga Street project,the step is to fill up & sign the Membership Application From of the company by paying a membership fee of Rs. 700/- which is mandatory.
N.B: Please note that the Membership Fee is non refundable.
2. The next step is to deposit the requisite advance amount within maxmum of 7 days from the date of filling the Membership Application From.In case of failure to comply this condition from your end,you loose your claim for the choice plot for which the company should not be held responsible.
3. The company shall not be held responsible for issuing the Agreement until &unless the specific amount of advance corresponding to the particular scheme selected by the customer is received in full. In case of payment received through cheque, agreement shall be issued after realization of the cheque amount.
4. The company is liable to give registration only after receiving the entire amount of land price & registration expenditure as per the teams of agreement issued to the customers.
