R.C.C. framed structure with brick masonry walls.

Flooring with 2’-0” x 2’-0” Johnson vitrified tiles in all rooms except toilets.

16” x 13” of Johnson or equivalent Glazed tiles fixing to a height of 7’-0” from the floor level in the walls of all toilets.

12” x 8” of Johnson or equivalent Glazed tiles fixing to a height of 2 tiles above kitchen counter top.

Polished black granite slab for the kitchen counter top and stainless steel sink with drain board or Granite sink.

Adequate electrical points are provided.

The sanitary fittings will be of white colour ceramic Parryware sanitary fittings in common toilet and light colour ceramic. Parryware sanitary wares in attached toilets.

Tap and other fittings will be of C.P. fittings of Parryware / Metro make.

Quality pipes will be used for the plumbing and sewerage works and G.I.pipes for hot water line.

Main door with teakwood frames with teak wood paneled door.

All the windows are teak wood frames with teak wood glazed shutters or UPVC window and M.S.Grills to it.

Other doors are with teak wood frames with hardcore commercial ply factory made designed / flush door shutters.

All bedrooms and kitchen will have R.C.C.Loft.

Wiring will be of Finolex or equivalent brand multi strand wire in concealed PVC conduits and adequate points will be provided.

Doors and grills are painted with synthetic enamel paint.

Inner walls will be painted with putty finish superior quality emulsion paint.

Exterior walls are painted with Superior quality exterior emulsion paint.
