Structure : RCC Framed Structure with suitable foundation, walls with solid concrete blocks.

Floor : Good quality vitrified tiles 600 by 600 (drawing, dining, bed rooms), ceramic tiles for other portions (balcony, out side lobby, steps) and anti skid ceramic tiles for bathroom floor Dadoing with glazed tiles upto 2.1 M on bathroom walls.

Wall Finish : For interior wall 2 coats of Distemper over 2 Coats of Putty, Ceiling 2 coats of Distemper over 1 coat white cement, for exteriors Antifungal cement paint (Weathercoat/ Apex). Only water based environment friendly paints and putty will be used.

Doors, Windows : Front doors (frame and shutter) Teak Wood and other doors of good quality hardwood. Putty finish polishing for front door, putty finish enamel painting for balcony doors and enamel painting for other doors. Aluminium powder coated Windows with Glass (Sliding or openable). All Windows will have MS grills. PVC single panelled doors for bathrooms.

Kitchen : Platform with polished black granite top and stainless steel single bowl sink with single drain board. 2 feet ceramic glazed tiles dadoing above the kitchen slab.

Sanitary Fittings : Light coloured European WC in bathroom and wash basin in dining room. Septic Tanks and Soak pits of adequate capacity.

Plumbing : Concealed water lines with good quality CP fittings and provision for hot water in one bathroom.

Electrical : Concealed conduit wiring with good quality PVC insulated Copper wires and standard quality switches, fan points, plug sockets. Provision for exhaust fan in kitchen, air conditioner provision in one bed room, Provision for cable TV and telephone (One each). Adequate provision for yard lighting.

Staircase : Stainless steel handrail.

Water Supply : Well water, sump and pumping arrangement to overhead tanks.

Anti-Termite Treatment : Pre-construction anti-termite treatment.
Compound Wall and Gate : Compound wall of concrete blocks and MS fabricated Gate with Lights.
