In the year 2008, we have established our sister concern, Vijayasree Builders, rep by its Mg.Partner Kandula Venkateswara Rao with an intention to construct Apartments with good quality and vastu. Accordingly, we have completed and handed over to the Flat holders not less than 250 Flats in 12 Apartments including after bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh as per the rules and also handed over relevant documents to the Association of the connected Apartment including occupancy Certificate relating to the connected Apartment. After bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh, we have to construct the following Apartments in the APCRDA region, which is in active progress and ready for sale and occupancy which are as follows. We are having good reputation in the local market and constructing Apartments with ISI standard materials with regard to Pollution aspect, we have obtained certificate from HYM International Certifications (P) Ltd., under ISO 14001: 2015 dated.24.3.2016.
