The Company is promoted by the Bhayana family who has been actively involved in infrastructure development for the last five decades. Having worked on various important projects such as the former Delhi airport, Defense establishments, Railway lines, Dams and Bridges as well as Residential projects in Northern India, Vibrant has now forayed into Real Estate Development in Mumbai, Pune and Khopoli. Vibrant has its Corporate Office at East Street, Pune and has a team of spirited, young professionals who have suitable technical expertise and academic qualifications.

Their second-generation promoter, Vipin Rai Bhayana, has the experience of building around 20 residential projects in Mumbai, Delhi, Faridabad and Chandigarh. They have a team of spirited, young professionals who have suitable technical expertise and academic qualifications. The core team is headed by the company's Director Nishant Bhayana, who holds a Masters in Global Business Management (Finance) from Regent Business School, London.
