Structure:
Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) framed structure with columns and beams, bricks paneled walls, plastered and painted.

Doors & Windows:
Main door with teak wood frame and shutters – both side varnished. Other doors with padak wood frames and commercial shutters with enamel paint.

Windows:
with teak wood frames and glazed shutters with steel grills. Bathrooms with PVC shutters.

Kitchen:
Black Granite slab for kitchen platform with Stainless steel sink. Glazed tiles upto 2 feet height above the kitchen platform.

Lofts & Cupboards:
One cupboard niche and loft in bedrooms and kitchen without shutters.

Toilets:
Anti-skid flooring tiles and matching coloured ceramic tiles dado upto 7 feet height for the walls (Rate Rs. 25/sft). EWC and wash basin of parryware or equivalent make. Metro or equivalent CP fittings. PVC pipes for external piping / Heavy duty PVC pipes for concealed piping will be used for all water lines. Geyser line & points will be provided. Health faucet for EWC.

Flooring:
Vetrified tiles of  2'x2' @ Rs. 40/ sft. In living, dining,bedrooms and kitchen.

Electricals:
3 phase power supply with independent meters. Concealed  wiring with ISI quality cable. Anchor or equivalent make modular switches will be provided.
Telephone & Television connectivity in living room.
A/C connectivity provision in both Bedrooms.

Paintings:
All interior walls will be provided with one coat of primer and two coats Asian Emulsion paint. Doors and windows will be painted with one coat of primer and two coats of enamel paint of good quality. External emulsion for exterior walls.
