With a presence of over three decades, we have successfully painted over five million sq. ft. space on the ever expanding canvas of the Indian Realty Space.



Mr. Nipun Thakkar has pioneered the foundation of this Group by sheer foresight and his ability to transcend the limits of conventional thinking. With an experience reigning over Three Decades, he has truly been the driving force/ an epitome of undisputable knowledge and expertise for the people of realty sector.



Today VINI Group is proud to have a driving force with accomplishments; knowledge and guidance of our Supreme Founder who has lead this group to develop key projects in a grandeur scale.
