Internal and external wall in B.B. Masonry 6" thk.

Internal plaster with neeru finish and external plaster sand face.

Internal white wash and on external face cement paint.

Main door frame in sag teak with glow mould skin cover flush door pannel, and all other door frame in tubular M.S. Section with readymade flush shutter, coloured with oil paint.

M.S. Windows with grill as per Architect design, with oil paint to grill. Window frame in tubular M.S. Section.

Electrification is of casing caping type with internal wire of good quality having 4.5 point in each room, 3.5 points in kitchen and I power point in kitchen & bath each.

Kitchen otta in kaddapa. Daddo up to ht.2" above otta, and flooring of high polish tandoor.

Flooring of mosaic tiles in drawing room and grey tiles in other rooms.

In toilets daddo up to 4' ht of white glazed tiles and Kotta for flooring.

M.S.E.B., society registration charges towards flat purchaser.

Under ground and overhead water tank available.
