Way back in 1980's a construction company used to be known for building Dams, Roads, Bridges etc., they also used to build Houses, just like any other civil construction, straight buildings with minimal open space and maximum floor space to cash in on every inch of land. Then, in 1990, a young entrepreneur had a dream of building Homes and not the Houses. That young entrepreneur was Khema Bhojwani and thus Vishal Properties was born.
