4. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership.

5. Electricity will be charged extra at actuals on Sft. Basis.

6. Any hike in the Govt. Statutory Fees shall be borne by the members only.

7. Gestation period will be two year only.

8. The Company shall not be responsible for any Act of God or Act of State.

9. All disputes subject to Bangalore / Hoskote Jurisdiction only.

10. Sites along with 80 (or) 60 feet Road will be charged 25% extra; while sites facing 50/60 feet roads
      & corner sites will be charged 20 % extra.
