FLOOR & WALL TILING
* The flooring in the living room, bed room, dining area, kitchen, the balcony and the passages, will be of first quality ceramic tiles.
* The flooring in the bath and water closet will be of ceramic tiles. The colour choice will be decided by the Promoter, depending on bulk availability of the tiles.
* Ceramic tiles (size, colour and brand depending on bulk availability) will be provided in the following places:
* on the walls of the bath & water closets upto about 1.5 m (5 ft.) height;
* above the kitchen platform upto a height of about 0.6m (24");
* on walls around wash basin (where provided outside the bath)

SANITARYWARE & FITTINGS:
* All water closets and wash basins will be in white ceramic with low level white cisterns of PVC or FRP, depending on bulk availability.
* All tap fittings will be of Chromium-plated brass. In case of non-availability in bulk, these will be of some other suitable material.

KITCHEN PLATFORM
KITCHEN PLATFORM will be of polished black granite and will have a Stainless Steel or granite sink.

DOORS & WINDOWS:
* Entrance door will be of teak-frame and teak styles panelled with novopan oneside teak finish and the other side ordinary lamination finish.
* All other doors will be of countrywood frames, with hard core flush shutters, with commercial veneer, painted white/cream, except the inside of the bath and water closed doors, which will be covered with bison panel board. The Kitchen will not normally be provided with a door.
* The main door will be provided with a night latch ("Godrej") or an equivalent make (depending on bulk availability), powder coated hinges and a lacquered aldrop (staple and hasp arrangement for locking). All other door fittings will be of anodised aluminium. The doors of the bedroom and the balcony wherever provided will have aldrops. The other doors will be provided only with door-bolts.

WALLS:
Interior walls will be finished with washable distemper and the exterior walls painted with cement paint. The colour in both cases will be chosen by the builder-promoter.

PLUMBING & WASTE WATER LINES:
Concealed and external plumbing will be of u-PVC. The soil and waste water lines (exposed and concealed) will be of u-PVC.

SHELVING:
R.C.C. shelves of open type will be provided in the kitchen. Wardrobes, and showcases will be provided in hall and bedrooms with cuddappa slab with proper closure arrangements.

TELEPHONE & T.V. CABLES:
Telephone cable will be provided from each house upto a common junction point (tag block) or other suitable location. Provision will be made available for cable T.V. arrangements.
