Flooring:
Living & Dining: - High Quality 2 ft x 2ft Vitrified tiles of Somany/RAK/Nitco Make or equivalent with Zero Joint.
Bedrooms:- High Quality Finish Ceramic Tiles of Somany/RAK/Nitco Make or equivalent.
Bathrooms: - Designers ceramic tiles with customizable shades & patterns as per buyers choice floor and wall cladding up to door height.

Painting:
External emulsion for External walls.
Acrylic emulsion for internal walls.
OBD for ceiling

Kitchen:
Anti Skid Ceramic Tile flooring.
Machine cut highly polished black granite counter with stainless steel drain board and sink having dadoing of colored glazed tiles up to 2 ft height over counter.
