Main Door : Quality Teak Wood Frame with paneled door With varnish finish with brass locks.
Other Door : Quality Teak Wood with OST Flush Door.

Window :
Quality Teak Wood with glass shutters.

Plumbing & Sanitary :
Concealed PVC Pipe line in Bathrooms PVC Rain water, sanitary waste line in Ducts SW Line for under FIRST drainage Bathrooms with Bore well water.

Kitchen :
20mm Black granite counters with stainless Steel sink, Metro Water Point, Aqua guard point will be provided. Glazed tiles up to 2:6” from Platform,
Exhaust Fan Provision.

Toilet :
ANTI-SKID Tiles EWC/IWC white or light Color sanitary work (Hind ware/Parry ware)
Washing machine point, Geyser point,  Immerser – heater plug in both metro cp Fittings. One shower point provided, Glazed  Tiles up to 7 heights. Wash basins 2 Nos. One in
Dining Area & another one in Toilet.

Painting :
Interior and Exterior walls painted with Emulsion paints Grills-Zink Chromite non-Corrosive primer with enamel paint.

Electrical :
Three phase power supply with concealed Wiring of ISI standard, Quality Switches.

Architects drawings. A/c. Point in Two Bed room.

Lofts :
Concrete lofts will be provided in kitchen And two bed rooms. Cupboard provision Shall be made in all bed room and kitchen.
