Bhoomi International, the brainchild of Mr. Surinder Utreja & Mr. Parvesh Saini began their journey in the year 2006 in the field of Real Estate. Success came their way naturally as they Firmly Believed in whatever they did. Their Dream was to build affordable Housing for Everyone. They kept themselves very much grounded to the basic needs of today & gradually became a trusted name amongst the Developers. What started as a Partnership firm became a Private Ltd Company in April 2012 thus "Bhoomi International Pvt. Ltd” was formed.

Brajbhoomi Developers Pvt. Ltd. was stated by Mr. Sudhir Shukla & Mr. B.M Sharma at Vrindvan to cater to local demands. with the over whelming response they started various projects like Radha Krishna Kunj and Chaitanaya Vihar Vrindvan. They did project of S.V.M. City at Bhilwara on Jaipur highway. They also did the project with the name future home township at Jaipur.

Bhoomi Group - When all the four Mr. Surinder Utreja, Mr. Parvesh Saini ,Mr. Sudhir Shukla & Mr. B.M Sharma met each other and found the same wave length and philosophy and the same domain from the past 6 Years, they though of starting a venture together, thus they formed Vrinda Elegance LLP,group called Bhoomi Group.
