RCC framed structure designed for Zone II regulation as per structural drawings.
Walls
6" solid concrete blocks shall be used for main walls and 4" for partition walls
Flooring
Vitrified flooring for living, bedrooms, dining and kitchen areas. For toilet and balconies anti-skid tiles, granite flooring will be provided for common area.
Doors and Windows
All door frames are Honne/ Salwood, all doors are commercial flush doors, main door and pooja door are made with teak wood, windows are made of Powder coated 3 track aluminium framed sliding windows with 4mm tinted glass and M.S. safety grills.
Kitchen
Granite counter top with granite sink, 4" height glazing tiles dadoing shall be provided above the plat Form.
Bathrooms
Dadoing shall be provided in toilets / bathrooms for height of 7' and flooring ceramic glazing tiles, white/ colour sanitary fixtures, premium CP fitting and health faucets, make Hindware/ Paryware and any other standard make.
Plastering
Smooth with lime rendering for interior to received OBD and sponge finish for exterior to receive cement paint.
Electrical
Concealed type conduits fire retardant wire and switches of Anchor roma, Kothari wires / Fenolex ISI branded TV and telephone 1 point each in the living and master bedroom will be provided.
Painting
Interior - OBD distemper for Interior walls, enamel paint for internal doors and grills.
