STRUCTURE
Rcc frame work on footing over hard strata.

WALLS
Moulded clay bricks with coats of cement plaster.

INTERNAL FINISHES
Luppam, plastic /royal emulsions for hall and oil bound distemper for other wall. Lofts will be provided in bedrooms and kitchen only.

DOORS
Main door :- specially designed polished teak wood with exotic hardware.
Internal:- consists teak wood frame ,with water resistant flush shutters fitted with aluminium hardware .
Painting: - touchwood polish and enamel paint as applicable.

WINDOWS:-
Teak wood frame with floated glass .designed M.S. window grills and provision for mosquito net.

FLOORING:-
Marble flooring upto 6 Floors and vitrified tile flooring from 7th to 9th Floor

KITCHEN:-
Platform & sink -polished black granite, tile dadoing up to 2.5 ft above kitchen platform.utilities and wash-glazed ceramic dadoing upto 4 ft height.

TOILETS:-
Glazed ceramic tiles up to 7ft , hindware make sanitary, European w/c in master bed toilet and European w/c or Indian in other toilets . Standard brand CP fitting in all toilets and kitchen.

ELECTRICAL:-
Wiring : -all concealed copper wiring in conduits . standard make modular type for all lights , fan , 5 amps plug & 15 amps power plugs
Power plug:- for a/cs in master bedroom , geysters, cooking range, in-coming: 3 phase supply with mcbs.

EMERGENCY GENERATOR
