STRUCTURE

• RCC framed structure with columns, beams & slabs by ISI graded cement and TMT bars - Fe 550 Grade, built under strict quality controls and M25 Grade. 
• AAC blocks will be used for external and internal walls. 
• Structure designed for AAC blocks.

FLOORING

• Brand: Kajaria / Somany / Varmora / Exxora / Sanford or Equivalent
• Flooring: Living/Dining/Bedroom/Kitchen – Vitrified tiles 600x1200 and 800x1600 with 3mm Spacer
• Flooring: Bedrooms - Vitrified or GVT Tiles 600x1200 and 800x1600
• Bathrooms: Bath with 600x300 Digital Glazed Vitrified Tiles Wall & Floor with 300 x 300 Mat Finish Anti-skid Floor tiles. Wall Tiles upto false ceiling height.

WALL FINISH

• Brand: Dulux / Berger / Asian or Equivalent
• Internal walls : Cement plaster finish with 1 Coat Primer, 2 coats Putty and 2 coats Emulsion.
• Internal Paint – Berger / Dulux – Asian Royal Shine / Dulux Velvet touch /Berger Silk Glamour
• External Painting - Dulux / Berger / Asian - Weather resistant paint 

KITCHEN

• Prince, Franke or Equivalent
• Kichen Slab - Premium Quality Granite Counter Top Slab.
• Wall Finishes: 600 x 1200 vitrified Tiles up to 2 feet height above the counter top.
• Kitchen Sink - ISI Quality, Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel 304 Grade or Satin finish single bowl sink 24" x 18".

DOORS

• Main Door (4’ x 7'6" - 8') : Hand finished 1st Quality Teak / Violet / Padak frame with Solid 
• Flush doors 40mm thick, with PU paint finish or Melamine polish finish
• Bedroom Door(3'6" x 7'6" - 8'): Hand finished Padak / Violet frames with good quality Solid 
• Flush doors with both side Veneer or PU finish or Melamine polish finish.
• Bathrooms (2.5’ x 7’6" - 8'): Wooden Frames with Solid Flush Doors with Sunmica sheet on both sides or UPVC doors.
