PAINTING

• Internal walls: 2 coats Putty 1 coat of damp sheath 2 coats of interior premium emulsion for walls of the apartment
• External walls: 2 coats of damp sheath 2 çoats of exterior premium emulsion
• Ceiling: Two coats of premium emulsion paint over high quality branded putty shall be applied for the ceiling in apartments excluding all toilets. (Toilets will be installed with false ceiling) 
• Handrails & Grills: 1 coat epoxy metal primer 2 coats of enamel paint

WATER SUPPLY

• Provision for KWA water supply at one point in kitchen subject to rules and regulations of KWA.
• Separate water meter for each apartment.
• Water supply through underground sump tank and overhead tank with sufficient storage capacity.

ELECTRIC SUPPLY

• Concealed copper wiring using cables with modular plate switches. 
• Centralized cabling system for an electrical and communication requirements.
• Wiring shall be done for lighting, fan, 6 Amps, 16 Amps and AC points in t apartment as per the design of the Promoter.
• Light fixtures for the common area, external areas shall be provided.
• Adequate RCCB and MCB shall be provided in each apartment.
• Provision of GEYSER points and exhaust fans shall be provided for all toilets.

GENERATOR

• 24 hrs Power backup will be provided for common area services -lighting, lift, STP, pumps etc.
• Inside apartment backup up to 1200 W, selected lights and fan points in each living, bed rooms and a refrigerator point, additional One 6 Amp plug point shall be provided.

AIR CONDITIONING

• Split Air Conditioning provision for Living/Dining, Kitchen and all bed rooms.

CABLE TV

• Provision for cable TV/DTH shall be provided in the living

INTERNET POINT

• Provision for internet shall be provided in the living and master bed room.

ELEVATOR

• High-speed of 1.75mps lifts (2nos.) shall be provided as per the govt., norms in each core with automatic doors & SS finish in main lobby and SS finish in all other floors.
• ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) shall be installed in the passenger lift as a premium feature.

PLUMBING

• All concealed water supply lines shall be in ISI marked ASTM CPVC pipes.
