Yashaswinii Builder was established in 2000 to create homes where people could find their personal space to unwind and retreat from the world.

The turn of the century in Bengaluru meant the birth of an enterprise that would represent as well as realize the aspirations of generations - young and old - even as it contributes to social good. Yashaswinii, therefore, came into being in 2000 with the objective of 'crafting living spaces' where people can find their feelings of life expressed. Meaningful, purposeful, aspirational and fulfilling! With quite a few projects spreading its name and establishing the brand, and a few more currently underway, the company is simply 'going places.'
