Details of Foundations

Details of SuperStructure

• R.C.C. Framed Structure. Brick masonry.

Plastering

• External Plastering and Rendering: Waterproofed
• External Plaster or Rendering work shall consist of minimum 12.5mm to 16mm as detailed in the Bill of Quantity with cement/ sand ratio 1:3 or 1:4 at the rate of 1/2 gallon to 90 lbs of cement all in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and finished perfectly true and even with a wood float.
