Q: Hi, I have some 40 lakh rupees to invest and want to purchase a piece of land. Can I have expert’s point of view regarding the future prospects of buying a land on Yamuna expressway. Can someone also suggest me the upcoming villa or gated communities project on the Yamuna expressway

Why do not you try in Gurgaon? i think with you range and specification gurgaon is a better choice and you will get early possession also. What about a choice of ready to move in flat ,and you can sell your plot? just a advice, because i have done the same.

Hey buddy , i think you need to increase your budget, as this is one of the hot cake property, the price range is bit high up specially for plots, as you specified.

hi , you can also check for plots in Supertech Golf country , they are providing, villa projects also plots and row houses. Their range starts from 65.00L - 1.46Cr . As this is one of the big developers, you can really try with them

Good projects that are coming up in this areas are Paramount, Supertech,Wave city, Jaypee, ATS and many more and all this are luxirous apartments. Are you looking for plots ? I think Jaypee is providing plots. You can check with that.

If you want to invest in this are, i think you should not think twice, it will give you the best future retuns.

Hi, yes you can but a 200 yards plot for Rs.40-65 lac. Appreciation will be good and due to the present infrastructure like Gautam Budh University, Galgotias, and Formula 1 track, the appreciation will be more in future. If you are investment Rs 24k per sq yard, then after 6 Months you can sell it for around become 26-27 k

Hi Ruchi, I would suggest you to invest Gautam Budh University area, this will fetch you good returns. You can go for SDS builder NRI township, Yamuna Vihar Plots by Jaypee, Jaypee townships.
