It is good in a way as it allows keeping the landscaped areas and the vintage attraction of the region intact. The only downside is that such space limitation has made the area completely dependent on sellers who sometimes ask exorbitant prices. While staying in central Lucknow is a wonderful idea, you may look at other regions like Jankipuram and extension that can offer a much better deal in the same budget. The property prices in central Lucknow including Kaiser Bagh range from Rs.3500 to Rs.5500 per square feet.
Kaiser Bagh is located in central Lucknow and is one of the better regions to stay in Lucknow city. The area is well connected to the Central Business District (CBD) as well as offers good connectivity to Trans Gomti regions. The downside of investing in Kaiser Bagh is that like most other locations in central Lucknow, not much new construction activity is happening in the area. Most of the sellers are offering resale property which escalates the overall pricing. Eldeco, SAS and Halwasiya are some of the prime builders with existing residential projects in Kaiser Bagh. You may however have to search for a good 2 BHK deal in the area.
