Yamuna expressway is stretched till Agra , but for now good areas are Gautam Budh University area is one of the investment pro area. Investment in this area will fetch a good returns.

: For park facing plots it will be around Rs 21 k , for side plots it will be Rs 23-24 depending on the builder and location of the project.

200 yards plot will be available Rs 40-65 lac. Appreciation is good and due to the present infrastructure like Gautam Budh University, Galgotias, and Formula 1 track, the appreciation will be more. If investment is Rs 24k per sq yard, then after 6 Months this will become 26-27 k.
