Hi Vinu,
As per y knowledge, registration fees for both male & female are 1 % in Noida (DELHI) . But stamp duty is different. For male it is 5% & for female it is around 3%.

Yes in whole of NCR you can transfer your property before possession, it is allowed

Yes for transfer you have to pay Rs 100-150 per sq ft charge.

Hi, if you want to buy property in Noida, there are different charges for women and men. For women they charge 5%, for men 7% and for joint it is 6%

No no, its only for stamp duty,for registration i think you have to pay Rs 22000
