Hi, i have one through the news, the shocking fact is the average price was nearly Rs 22,000 per sq ft, which meant a
two-bedroom flat was sold for around Rs 3.5 crore and a five-bedroom
apartment went for approximately Rs 6 crore-Rs 7 crore. Most of the
flats auctioned last year have gone to big corporate houses, banks and
oil companies

Union urban development ministry said that they have sought allotment of flats since there is huge shortage of government accommodation across all categories, including top bureaucrats, heads of tribunals and authorities.
