Latest Answer: Hi, i have one through the news, the shocking fact is the average price was nearly Rs 22,000 per sq ft, which meant a two-bedroom flat was sold for around Rs 3.5 crore and a five-bedroom apartment went for approximately Rs 6 crore-Rs 7 crore. Most of the flats auctioned last year have gone to big corporate houses, banks and oil companies
