Hi Mr Yadav, There alot of projects coming up , Near Gurgaon , I believe the best place to invest is Gwal pahari road , which is one of the most upcoming places near Gurgaon . I am trying for ASF project in the same place .Its a Great Deal

See frnd there are lot of places in Gurgaon to invest in.. to brief it down... you can opt for Dwarka Expressway : this is a good place for investment in Gurgaon. The best part of the place is it provides easy connectivity between Delhi and Gurgaon. Few projects are expected to be ready by 2015 and which many are in the middle and high-end segments. The north part including Sectors 103, 106, 109-113 is expected to give good returns due to proximity to Dwarka and the international airport.

I would also like to say that , there are areas like Sohna road where ready to move is a good otpion and many projects will give possession this year. New Gurgaon is an area where in it will take 2 years from now when you can plan to move in. Dwarka Expressway is another area where you can move in 4-5 years from now. It depends on your requirement in terms of no. of rooms, your preferred location and budget..

I wana suggest that currently New Gurgaon is considered to be good for investing. You can look for projects such as 3C, Ekaantam, Tulip, etc

Hi. Mr Kumar there are many projects which are coming up in Gurgaon like Orris Spring Homes, 3C's Greenopolis, Ashiana Homes, Plots by Vatika etc. Further there are commercial projects like service apartments by Baani, Low maintanence shops by Baani, Ansals, Iris. What is your budget???
