Structure

• RCC framed structure
• Structural design with Fe 500 steel TMT bars
• 9” brick work for the outer wall and 4 1/2 ” brick for the internal partition wall

Wall finishes

• Internal walls- 1 coat of primer, 2 coats of putty &premium emulsion
• Exterior walls – 1 coat of primer & 2 coats of exterior emulsion
• Toilets walls will be finished with ceramic tiles up to 7 feet height.

Flooring

• Living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms will have 2 feet X 2 feet vitrified tiles
• Bathrooms and balconies will have 1 feet X1 feet anti skid designer tiles
• Car parking with anti skid,durable designer tiles.
• Staircase will be laid with granite flooring and SS railings

• Kitchen will be provided with 2 feet granite slab and 2 feet dado tiles
• Provision for chimney and exhaust fan
• SS Sink
• CP fittings will be Parryware or equivalent

Bath Rooms

• Basic Floor mounted WC with cistern and health faucet will be provided
• Wall mounted wash basin Parryware or equivalent
• All CP fittings will be Parryware or equivalent
• All sanitary fittings will be Basic Model Parryware or equivalent
• Provision for exhaust will be provided in all bathrooms

Entrance Doors

• Decorative designer solid teak wood finished door of 7’ height with polish finish having locks and tower bolt

Bedroom Doors

• Seasoned good quality wooden frame with solid designer Flush doors of 7’ height with enamel finish

Toilet Doors

• Seasoned good quality wooden frame with solid designer Flush doors

Windows

• Windows will be UPVC with clear glass and MS grills
• Ventilators will be UPVC / Wooden with suitable louvered glass panels

Electrical Fittings

• Orbit or equivalent concealed copper wiring
• Switches and sockets will be Litaski or equivalent
• Telephone and DTH points will be provided in living room
• Split air conditioner provision in all bedrooms
• Modular plate switches, MCB and system
• Inverter Provision

• Individual Water storage Sump
