Gurgaon Sector-104 Overview:
Sector-104 is an emerging locality in north Gurgaon located near Dwarka Expressway. It comes under the jurisdiction of Gurgaon Metropolitan Development Authority. Most of the infrastructure facilities have been planned by the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) as an after-thought to meet the growing needs of development. The locality of Sector-104 is surrounded by HUDA Colony, Laxman Vihar, Sector-3A, Sector-101, Tikampur, Dhankot, Kherki Majra, and Sector-81. Prominent cities situated close to Gurgaon Sector-104 are Dhankot, Kherki Majra, Tikampur, Garoli Khurd, Gurugram, Kheri, HUDA Colony, Inayatpur, Sector-37 among others. Shankar Vihar, Tech Chand Nagar, Dhanwapur Village, Surat Nagar Ph-2 are the sub-localities are sector-104. Dhanwapur Road is the only internal road that connects the locality to Dwarka Expressway. Gurgaon, the industrial and IT hubs of the NCR is located at a distance of 5 km via Old Railway Road and Dhanwapur Road while country’s capital Delhi is at a distance of 40.3 km via NH 48. Connectivity and transit points:
The locality is served by the NH 8 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway) and NH-8A (Dwarka Expressway). Other prominent roads and highways are SH 15A and NH 48 that connects the locality to the other parts of NCR.
Delhi Transport Corporation and Haryana Transport Corporation owned buses run through the locality and connect Gurgaon Sector-104 to the rest of the Delhi-NCR.

Basai Dhankot (3.2 km) and (7 km) are the two nearby railway stations to Sector-102. However, Gurgaon is the major and nearby railway station which is situated at a distance of 7 km via Dwarka Expressway.
