Foundation:

RCC Framed Structure conforming to IS 456, 1893 for Earthquake Resistance.

Mansonry:
Solid Block Masonry.

Plastering:
Plastered Internal and External walls and POP cornice work shall be provided in all rooms at the Wall and Ceiling Joint except Kitchen and Associated Areas.

Painting:
Emulsion paint over putty finishing for Internal Walls. Putty finish for Ceiling. Exterior Emulsion for External Walls.

Floor:
Light colored Vitrified Tiles for all Rooms except Master Bed, Balcony, Kitchen, Work Area and Toilets. Laminated Flooring for Master Bed, Anti-skid Cermic Tiles for Toilet, Kitchen & Work Area, Ceramic Tiles for Balcony.

Wall & Counter:
Glazed tiles on all up to a height of 40 cm abouve the Kitchen and Work Area Counters. Polished Granite Slab for Kitchen and Work Area Counter. Glazed tiles on wall upto False Ceiling for all attached toilets and 5 ft for Servant's Toilets.

Kitchen & Work Area:
Double Bowl Stainless Steel Sink with Drain Board, Exhaust Fan in Kitchn and Single Bowl Sink in Work Area.

Door & Windows:
Decorative Ornamental Polished Teak Wood Entrance Door, Polished Doors for Bedrooms and Painted Doors for Toilets. Fully Glazed Powder Coated Aluminium Windows and French Windows with M.S. Grills . Good quality hardware.

Water Supply:
Water supplied by the Kerala Water Authority, and Ground Water, if available , collected in Sumps & pumpld into the seperate compartments of the Overhead Tank for distribution.

Electricity Supply, Electrical Wires & Switches:
Adequate Pointes in all Rooms including TV and Telephone Points, Fire Resistant Electrical Wires with elegant Modular Switches. A/C Power socket in Master Bedroom and Living Areas. Split A/C provision in all bedrooms.. Stand by Generator for lights in Common Areas, Lifts and Pumps, 250 W Backup power for each Apartment.
