The Sector’s proximity to Agra Canal and Gurgaon Canal gives it an added advantage of long-term sustainability, in terms of abundant resources like water. The Sector is surrounded by a number of developing residential areas such as Sectors 81, 82, 85 and 86, and several developing industrial sectors such as Sectors 72, 73 and 74. The locality also shares its border with Sector-79, the proposed commercial district of Faridabad.
