Sector-81, located towards the eastern part of the city, is an upcoming residential locality in Faridabad. It is surrounded by localities like Sectors 13, 14, 80, and 86, and Pahladpur Village, Bhataula Village, and plays host to many renowned residential projects like Puri Ananda Vilas by Puri Constructions and BPTP Park 81.

This project, once completed, will increase connectivity to Sector-81 and influence the property values of the area positively.
The proposal to construct a six-lane, single-span bridge, connecting Sectors 81-86 to Sectors 14-17, would improve connectivity within the city. This project would make Sector-81 more accessible to other areas of the city, and would attract realty investors in good numbers.
