• Black granite platform in kitchen with edge polish as per the Architect’s detail at a height of 32” from floor over an RCC counter supported on suitable brickwork.
• Stainless Steel sink with single bowl and drain board – Diamond / equivalent brand will be provided.
CEILINGS
All ceilings to be finished with cement based putty with emulsion (Asian / ICI / equivalent ) with white color.
TELEPHONE POINTS
• Wiring for Telephone points will be provided in Living Room and each bedroom from the main tag block. • Telephone cable points will be positioned in such a way that the instrument can be placed close to where the elderly members sit or sleep; also, will take care to see that there is not much cable hanging along to trip one.
ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION & WIRING
Electrical distribution and concealed wiring suitable for three phase power supply. Switches / Sockets will be Schneider make as per Architect’s approval.

DRIVE WAYS & OTHERS
• Paving with granolithic flooring / concrete interlock pavers to Architect’s detail with brick kerbs, drains along the compound wall to divert all rain water to the rain water harvesting pit. Will be as per Architect’s design and specifications.
• Land scaping: - Landscaping will be as designed by the Architect.
• Lift - One elevator of Johnson / equivalent make with suitable interior as specified by the architect (6 passenger capacity).
• Power backup - Generator of the required rating to cater lights, fan points in all rooms, AC in one bedroom in each apartment and for adequate lighting in the common area and to operate motor pump and elevator. The maximum capacity of Generator will be 40 KVA
