Hi

We have booked the flat in Megapolis and paid the down payment of 20 % and now they are asking to pay 3 % towards tax. Can any one who had booked please clarify if you have made such payment

I have booked a flat recently in Prajay Megapolis.I have no doubt about the capability of the builder in successfully completing this project as his other projects are in right direction.Minor irritants and delays are imminent in such a big project.
However,as far as the customer treatment and staff behaviour of the project team is concern,needs lot of change.They behave worst than Government employees.Management should focus on this area to build good team and train the employees towards customer relations.

This is too bad.. how can they be so careless with buyers.. we book a flat which is not going to be built but we are not at all informed.. I think you can join owners group of Prajay Megapolis and meet other owners/buyers of the project.. See if that helps you in anyway. To join click Join Owners Group.

I booked a 2BHK 808 in Tower 18 by 22/06/2012 & paid 1Lac. Later I paid 2.72 lacs.. On Nov 16 i went with my family to Prajay Megapolis head office to do the agreement.We met to one Gentleman (Manoj) but he told there is no further Tower 18 and they have modified the design & converting all 2BHK flats to 3BHK.. We were socked as no one have informed about it.. I requested to cancel my booking & they taken the request. After Two days we went there and meet to Sumit Sen & Manoj , They told just visit the site & check availability in other Towers else Money will refund in 2 week.. I went to site but Site manager (Srinivas) told availability is only 14th floor or 17th floor or 2.5 BHK which is causing more floor rise & budget for me. I asked them to please refund my amount. As now Nov 24 and no one have called me and inform about further..Let see see ., will post once hear anything Good from them, I suggest before taking any such decision please think about Builders commitment.

Guys, please note that I am a very dissatisfied customer of PRajay Megapolis. I paid advance for 1 Lakh in April 2011 and till date the work is not started. When I asked several times they simply said they do not know when my tower will start but they are insisting me to pay 20%. I have cancelled after fed-up and they simply deducted 25K INR !!! from my advance. I lost interest on my advance and on top of that I lost 25K.

I also have the video files that I captured when I spoke to the worst guy Sumit Sen. I can send them to you. If anyone has any questions you can call me on 9848032144

The builder is good and pursued other projects in hyd also like prajay waterfront,prajay splendour etc.
The current status is construction is about to start and bookings are going rapidly.The flat layout design is good but depends on individual preferences if you like it or not.
