The Location is the only thing that is good!!!! The company standards of customer dealing and quality adherence are SUB STANDARD. They will stoop to the level of Misleading and cheating the customer. There is no sign that the apartment progress in Phase1 are going as per the schedule. Even if he completes it is Sub-Standard. There are many deviations from what is shown in Model Flat! The club house will take another 5 years to start I guess, with the Phase 2 put on hold and he is charging 600 per square foot more from existing customers to shift to Phase 1.

Yes this project is approved by GHMC Approved , Airports Authority of India , HMDA , Sher Lingampally Municipality .

Hey Kashif, the expected completion date will be by dec 2014. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 3,350. Hitech city is a very prime residential locality and well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

@Vivek: The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 35 lakhs onwards for 930 - 993 sq.ft, for 3bhk it would be Rs 60 lakhs for 1482 - 1780 sq.ft , for 4bhk it would be Rs. 90.17L for 2708 sq.ft.
