High rates

Q: Mantri Celestia rates are considerably high compared to DLF, Aparna and other builders. Also the construction material provided in each flat is very depressing. They are using ordinary tiles instead of Vitirified. The balcony is of very less area.

An FIR(Cr No: 14/2015,Section 420 & 506 RCPuram Police station, Medak district) is registered against Aliens group. few owners did agitation in media which was published in following newspapers.

Suggestions 2 All prospective customers who may fall prey 2 Aliens groups fraud:

1.) Dont be in rush 2 buy after u r lured by handful of flats dey cud finish in 9 years rather enquire wid GHMC as to wen dey started dis project nd then use ur brain to extrapolate as 2 how many more yrs it wil take for dem 2 finish.
2.) Visit state/national consumer forum to know yourself as to how many cases are running against them.
3.) Try 2 talk 2 as many as existing customers u cud 2 get an idea of intensity of dis scam.
4.) Visit all d bankers nd not just one u decide to get loan frm nd get to know y most of d banks hv stopped loan to Aliens
5.) Visit RCPuram police station nd chk d FIR(Cr No: 14/2015) against dem nd the no of ppl in dat.
6.) If u hv any relative or acquaintances in ny media house check wid him.
7.) Talk 2 land owners whose case is in Arbitration against Aliens.
8.) Do search with keywords like Aliens fraud/scam on Google.

I paid first installment in 2009 and this is 2012 and already other projects within the vicinity(Aparna Sarovar and any other project expect aliens which is an alien anyhow as a developer(first timer)) have handed over and forget price to be skyhigh already your interest and rentals, tax losses have gone beyond universe for the delay by CELESTIA

The small size need not deter potential buyers. The area has fine infrastructure and ICICI is building a 20000 seat capacity just across the road. The rental demand in this area is going to be skyhigh.

That is right. Not only are the floor areas and room sizes small compared to other developers in Hyderabad - they are just not open to negotiation. All in all they are not leaving any money in the table for investors.
